The Create & Cook Competition in Sussex is run by by fit2cook food education. Sussex chefs who have given their time to judge our final and help nurture young talent have been Michael Norman-Watt from 64 degrees, Brighton; Graham Squire from the Lickfold Inn, near Petworth; Sam Mahoney from Field and Fork in Chichester; Richard Mann from South Lodge Hotel near Horsham; Andy Mackenzie from Drakes in Brighton and for our launch into Sussex Steve Edwards, ex Masterchef the Professionals winner and owner of Etch, Hove who has been behind us from the beginning.
